I used to go to the White Mountains in New Hampshire, when I was a kid. I loved the mountains, but even more I loved the lakes, and swimming in them. This is a scene of Lost Pond in Pinkham Notch, at the base of the Presidential Range--the longest stretch of mountains in the East without trees on top.

This is an archival print reproduction of my watercolor painting.

This is an original watercolor, 6x9, including unpainted border. Protected with archival UV blocking painter's varnish, and matted in an archival mat. I painted using a limited palette including: windsor blue, yellow ochre, paynes grey, indigo, ultramarine, titanium white.
